The Girl
My name is Stacey. I work in the communications field.
I’m 26, just under 5′8″ and lost 40 pounds last year, and I am loving being a size 8.
I got married on November 14, 2009 to the most handsome, funny, sweet guy I’ve ever known. Our wedding was a sunset ceremony overlooking the water, and the geese made us laugh.
I want children, but not for another 2-3 years. Maybe more.
My parents have passed away. I lost my mom to breast cancer when I was 8 and my father to a stroke when I was 21. These two events define me more than anything.
I live near Richmond, Va. I consider myself a small-town girl, but I desperately want to live in the city.
I blog when I can, where I can, but only if I have something interesting to say. Therefore, you may not see posts from me more than once a week.
My husband says I’m funny, but I don’t see that. I see myself as serious, driven, and I don’t put up with much bullshit. But I do love to laugh.
um, so maybe i love almost everything on this list. but felt the need to say: green eyes?? i’m so jealous!
